Matlab users,

A free toolbox for Antarctic geospatial data analysis and mapping is
available on the Mathworks website here:
http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/47638

Antarctic Mapping Tools (AMT) consists of generic functions for coordinate
transformations, common types of Antarctic data analysis, and mapping in
polar stereographic coordinates. Free dataset-specific plugins (also on the
Mathworks website) enable access to dozens of publicly available datasets
including Bedmap2, MEaSUREs ice surface velocities, image mosaics, and
several Antarctic boundary datasets.

A paper describing AMT has just been published in Computers & Geosciences
and is available here: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.cageo.2016.08.003

Chad A. Greene, David E. Gwyther, and Donald D. Blankenship. Antarctic
Mapping Tools for Matlab. Computers & Geosciences. 104 (2017) pp. 151-157.

Let us know if you have any questions or comments regarding AMT.
