[CRYOLIST] Tools for rapid full res Landsat and Sentinel visualisation and quantification of margin change

The Google Earth Engine Digitisation Tool (GEEDiT) and Margin change Quantification Tool (MaQiT) are new free, easy to use tools for:
- Visualisation of full resolution Landsat (4, 5, 7 and 8) and Sentinel (1 and 2) imagery in seconds
- Rapid manual digitisation of polygon and/or polyline features directly from these images
- Rapid quantification of distance change between these digitised margins using both established and new methods

These tools were developed with the original intention to dramatically improve the efficiency of digitising tidewater glacier margins, though there's undoubtedly many other potential uses for it both in glaciology and other fields, including the rapid scouting of field/study locations.
The only pre-requisites for using the tools are:
- Signing up for Google Earth Engine account using a Gmail address (sign up: https://signup.earthengine.google.com/)
- For MaQiT only, an installation of the free to download Matlab Runtime software (this should be automatically prompted for when downloading the MaQiT installer for Mac/Windows)

Comments, suggestions and questions about the tools are very welcome. I'm hoping that these will be first of several tools developed within Google Earth Engine that will improve the accessibility, efficiency and scales of satellite image analysis it is possible for both researchers and students to undertake.
The intention is for the tools to be as useful as possible to the community, so please do get in touch if you have ideas for uses or if the tools can be tweaked to better fit your research questions.
